Orbs

Orbs are tiny lights that can be seen with the human eye. They are very small and can be quick moving. Orbs are known to be the essence of living energy. If you see a photo of an orb it is very difficult to note the authenticity. By using digital cameras you can create what appears to be an orb very easily by capturing particles in the air such as dust or insects flying at night. Be careful when it comes to pictures of any kind.

An orb?

Chances are that these are not actual orbs but they come close to the tiny light orb that I myself have experienced. Please note tiny light above the man's head towards the wall.

The picture below reportedly shows an orb in motion. This is most likely an insect flying. In case you hadn't noticed before an insect does not perceive graveyards any differently than any where else that they may fly. The shadow behind the “orb” is a tree in the distance. Please at this point take note of the faded orb much closer to the bottom left of the photo. It is most likely another insect or dust particle.

How will you know the difference?

Use two cameras at different angles and most spots will turn out being something absolutely normal like dust, insects, or something on the lens and so on. Even that method is not a sure method but cuts down the odds of it being dust or some other equivalent.

Another way you will know is by seeing it with your own eyes first hand. If an orb shows up on the photo it is something you should have been able to see with your eyes. If you don't see it first hand chances are it is something altogether unrelated to an orb. An orb is distinctive and cannot be confused with anything else when you see one first hand.

Ghosts

The Brown lady is one of the most convincing ghost photos ever taken. There is still some question as to its authenticity. Apparently camera shy this apparition has not been seen since her début in 1939.

Bumps in the night

Bumps in the night are probably just that, bumps in the night. Many reported hauntings occur at night in older houses. Old houses or houses of any age may have creaks and moans throughout their floor boards and those sounds are far more noticeable at night when other ambient noise is minimal. If you wish to investigate a haunting please use common sense along with inner senses. If it sounds like a floor board it probably is, however there are many possible reasons for the noise. Moisture or dryness has profound affects on wood structures.

Likely affects of someone wanting your attention may go so far as to yelling in your ear, playing with your lights, playing with the clock on your computer, or something of the like. There are also other such legitimate claims. However, please do your very best to find a reasonable scientific explanation for an event prior to jumping to any conclusions. I would be more inclined to go along with someone who said they sensed a presence before I would go along with someone who said they heard a creaky floor board.
