A note on dreams and dream symbols.
A Fresh Start.
How do you view the coming of a new year? The beginning of a new year is the
traditional time for people to make changes in their life. It is our hope to
show you that changes are better made any time.
Who Ordered This?
We look at different types of stress and how these stressors affect our life
and health now and in our future. Includes a stress exercise and a stress
test.
Illusions.
Things aren't always what they seem. Make the distinctions betweem personal and
mass beliefs. Be true to yourself. Accept only those mass beliefs that you
agree with.
What are your interests?
A lot of people have no idea of what their interests are. It is one thing to
say yes, I like to do this and no, I don't like to do that. However, most
people don't realize that they have hidden talents.
Reflections
This article is about what we reflect. Our children are a direct reflection of
us. Who do we see when we look in the mirror? Does our life reflect what we
want it to?
Priorities and Time management are the primary issues in this article. Do you
have time to do what you wish to do in life? Are you spending time on the
things that are important to you as an individual?
Believe
This article addresses expectations, yours as well as those of others. How are
you affected by those expectations? How are others affected by your
expectations?
Do you believe in your dreams? Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe that
you are important enough to alter even one situation? Clarity and believing in
yourself are the primary issues in this article.
A Very Small Decision
This article describes how one small decision you make can affect more than
just the present moment. It may affect your future and the moments and
futures of others. People are learning that the small decisions they used to
take for granted can change their lives for the better if they pay attention.
Just because others believe that a decision is correct doesn't make it
correct.
